SAHIL SANKLA
Chief Executive Officer
Sahil Sankla, son of Subhash Sankla, completed a four-year degree in Construction Technology and Management in the UK. Driven by the same passion for construction as his father.
Despite his foreign education, Sahil maintains a humble approach. He personally visits construction sites to inspect progress, provide necessary guidance, and interact directly with all employees. He has also implemented several measures focused on the physical and mental well-being of the company’s staff.

Sahil states, “We have many employees who have worked with us honestly for 30 years. Our sites are managed by experienced engineers, architects, and planners, with permanent supervisors always present. We ensure all technical information is easily accessible to our customers.”
SANKET CHHAJED
Chief Acquisitions Officer
Sanket Chhajed is a real estate consultant with close to a decade of experience working alongside landowners, developers, and investors across the Indian real estate sector. He advises clients on land matters, joint venture structuring, redevelopment opportunities, and transaction coordination, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Sanket is known for his practical approach, strong on-ground understanding, and ability to bring different stakeholders together in a balanced and transparent manner. He believes that successful transactions are built on clear communication, realistic structuring, and mutual trust.
MIRESH SHETH
Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Miresh brings over two decades of extensive experience across Marketing, CRM, Operations Management, Business Process Analysis, Strategy & Planning, and Product and Program Management.
His expertise also spans Contract Management, Compliance and Regulatory frameworks, and International Law, with end-to-end responsibility for the complete product lifecycle.
With exposure to both domestic and international markets, he is known for his strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach. As Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Miresh plays a key role in monitoring budgetary implementation, coordinating with key departments for effective cash flow management, overseeing financial reporting, and identifying critical areas of improvement to strengthen organizational performance and risk governance.
